    Can you tell me what caused this payment failure?

    Failed to process the payment. Please try again or contact the shop admin. [Error] Unknown error while connecting to PayPal. Status code: 0. PayPalGateway.php:620 [Error] Unknown error while connecting to PayPal. Status code: 0. OrderEndpoint.php:499 Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.

    It might be related to an ongoing PayPal system disruption that has been occurring over the last few days. This disruption could potentially explain some of the connection problems, but it also depends on when this error occurred – last week or its recent problem.

    The warning message?Unknown error while connecting to PayPal. Status code: 0?suggests an issue with the PayPal service. Given this, I recommend reaching out directly to?PayPal Merchant Technical Support
