    Hello Support,

    My subscription working fine first time, but on renewal I get following error:

    Please guide me what is the problem?

    Failed to process the payment. Please try again or contact the shop admin.

    [UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY] The requested action could not be performed,

    semantically incorrect, or failed business validation. https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/orders/v2/#error-TRANSACTION_REFUSED

    Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

    This error (TRANSACTION_REFUSED) response is usually related to the funding method on the payer account (like the bank card/account they use). Choosing a different payment source within the PayPal account should resolve the error. Since the PayPal API refuses the transaction, there is not much you could do about it apart from asking the customer to pay with a different method within PayPal. You could ask PayPal Merchant Technical Support if they can give you more details on this response, but I would expect they will give you a similar answer.
