    HI,

    I have integrated paypal payment on this site, currently it’s in sandbox mode, and it’s working properly on the desktop view, but not working on the mobile view after making the payment, we are getting this order “Failed to process the payment. Please try again or contact the shop admin. [UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY] The requested action could not be performed, semantically incorrect, or failed business validation. https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/orders/v2/#error-SHIPPING_ADDRESS_INVALID” Currently we are only selling in Zimbabwe. Please help me with the issue.

    I tried making a test purchase on your site on both desktop and mobile, and both orders were processed successfully.

    If this issue still occurs for you, then to better judge what could be causing this, we will need a copy of your WooCommerce system report and your latest PayPal Payments log files.

    The system report can be accessed from here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support

    You can copy the log files from here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.
