    I still get the notice:

    Failed to ping $service_id: success in /homepages/xxx…/wp-content/plugins/google-sitemap-generator/sitemap-core.php on line 2370

    @treibstoff, I just wanted to confirm that you’re using the latest release?

    it’s the latest as far as I know: Version 4.1.19

    WP: 6.5.2
    PHP: 8.1.28

    Thanks, this is fixed in the next release. If you’d like to test, it’s available on GitHub.

    OK…got it from github….
    will see if the still running PHP notice as described have an end now…
