• In my new host, I used an auto script installer to install WordPress in my domain theuberfab.com . You know, the one-click install thing?

All was great and all when I was installing my plugins one by one. I was configuring this plugin PopupAlly, kept refreshing my website to see if it’s working (I wanted to see if the popup would show up) and then there’s this error:

Warning: require(/home/u453477401/public_html/wp-includes/load.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/u453477401/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 21 Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home/u453477401/public_html/wp-includes/load.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php’) in /home/u453477401/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 21

It shows on my main domain, and even on the WordPress login page. It shows everywhere! I can’t even connect to my FTP account, it says critical error. I don’t know if the latter is related to the error I’m experiencing on WordPress or an isolated issue, though.

AS far as I know the version installed in my WordPress isn’t the latest, if that’s important.

    Help, anyone?

I’m not sure if the WordPress I installed was the latest or not, I only used the one-click install in my host since uploading it would take a lot of time, lol. So since I can’t even connect to my FTP, what is a viable option of fixing this issue?

If you cannot connect to FTP, you need to ask your hosts for help – that’s not part of WP. BTW, FTP login isn’t the same as WP, so if that’s what you are using, find out from your hosts what you should be using to access via FTP.

Once you get FTP access, find the plugins folder and delete the one you just installed. If that doesn’t work, try renaming the plugins folder to plugins.HOLD.
