• Hello everyone,

I am building my own wp site, locally with xamp.I know nothing about code, sorry , just a starter,
I have searched the forum but can not find the same issue ( line 30 )

Now my computer is reorganised. 2 harddisks are placed in a nas, taken from my computer) 2 harddisks are left in the computer. So everything has been copied to another computer, when the reorganising took place.
    Xamp and windows7 where removed.
Windows 7 is newly installed and so is Xamp.
When i start localhost it says:

Warning:require(O:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress/wp-includes/version.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in O:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-settings.php on line 30

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘O:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress/wp-includes/version.php’ (include_path=’.;O:\xampp\php\PEAR’) in O:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-settings.php on line 30

Does anybody have any ideas what i can do to fix this?
    Thanks for your help

  • Mark, the problem is that the drive you’ve installed Xampp on is probably not o: anymore, but your installation is pointing to o:. U can either do a database search-&-replace or reassign the drive letter to o:.

    Hello Jacki,
Thank you for your repley and sorry for my late respons.
The new installed Xampp is on the O drive. But my database is not conneted,
Do you know how to find or extract the database from the site. I heard if you have got the distracted database you can put it in the new Xamp.
Do you know if this is true and how to do it?( i can’t write any code)
    Hope you can help me.

    Greetings Mark

Hi, mark. Sorry for the late response–I had to do a bit of research on this myself. Please see if the following article is helpful:
    https://community.apachefriends.org/f/viewtopic.php?p=167337

If I might, I’d like to give you a little tip–I find that using portable Xampp makes the whole process of moving folders, databases, etc., a whole lot easier than using the installer version. Ymmv. That’s all I ever do, for several reasons, actually, so I rather had to look up how to do this w/an installed version.

Please let us know if you require additional clarification/assistance. Conversely, if this solved your problem, please mark the topic as ‘resolved’. Have a great day!

    Hoi Willem,
heb het al gevonden in het forum.
Woocommerce accepteert geen html code in de footer maar met deze code wel:

    groet Mark
