    Hello,

I am experiencing an Internal Server Error which seems to be coming from Contact Form 7. I am unable to click the “disable plugin” button, when I click it the plugin page refreshes and it’s still enabled. I had manually changed the folder name through FTP to disable to plugin and test to see the website functioning properly.

I uploaded a new installation of the plugin to overwrite the current one thinking it was a possible corrupt file. But the problem still persists.

The page above in question only happens on first load, if you refresh the page, the page loads normally. But the first load is extremely important for first time viewers.

Contacting the hosting company they were able to tell me I am getting the following errors.

    #1

PHP Warning: require_once(…/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/l10n.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in …/plugins/contact-form-7/load.php on line 3

    #2

PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘…/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/l10n.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php74/root/usr/share/pear’) in …/plugins/contact-form-7/load.php on line 3

I did look to make sure that there is a “l10n.php” file in that directory and it is there.

I also have a security plugin that I also thought might be blocking the request. I tried disabling that to see if the problem still presists, and disabling the security plugin didn’t solve the issue either.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Akismet, Classic Editor, Really Simple SSL and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
