failed to open stream error

    Blah! What does this mean? We have tried removing the plugins and their data… can’t access the admin panel or anything.

    I’m having the same problem, but the file IS there, and the permissions do allow public reading and execution. So why am I still getting this error? It’s breaking WP entirely and I can’t even access the admin panel.

    The file it’s looking for is a plugin. Is there a way to manually edit a .php file so it stops looking for it?
