Failed to notify WP to pick up optimized images

    Hi,

    We are getting this error in the Quic Cloud dashboard:

    Failed to notify WP to pick up optimized images
    Unable to notify WordPress to pick up images from node XXXXXXXX. Check QUIC.cloud IPs are whitelisted at the firewall.

    We notified our host to this and they said they’ve done some whitelisting but the error still persists. They said to contact you guys as they’ve seen a few posts online where you were able to send users the error/response they are seeing which would help to identify the cause

    please provide the report number

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    please try go to https://my.quic.cloud , your domain -> setting -> server IP

    update it to your correct server IP, which I think should be xx.xx.2.38

    then clean up unfinished data and send request again.

    okay , now please clean up unfinished data , send request again and log the time in UTC, so I can check the log from our side.
