    Hello,

    I have a problem on the checkout page. Everything seems to be ok when I fill up the details. However, when I press the “pay now” button an error occurs. System says that it can’t recognise any of my details (first name, last name, address etc.)

    When I inspect the page I can see an error:
    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 (Bad Request) https://checkoutapi.svea.com/v2/checkout/confirmOrder.

    I have tried to disable all the other plugins than woocommerce and Svea.

    Hi,

    We’ve recently released a major update (2.0) which uses a lot more of WooCommerce built-in functionality which could be causing this issue. It’s hard to say exactly why this is happening but you could try switching the shortcode on the checkout page to “[woocommerce_checkout]” instead of “[svea_checkout]”. If that doesn’t help we’d need admin access to debug further.

    Thank you for your reply. I actually have always had the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode on the checkout page. Now I tried to change it to [svea_checkout] but it didn’t help.

    How can I give you admin access?

    We are experiencing the same error message on our site, what was the cause of this issue?

    Hi,

    The error message appears inside the checkout and nothing that the plugin can affect really. Most of them are “false positives” and not an actual error but simply that some resources couldn’t be found on Sveas end.

    However, if you’re experiencing actual errors such as users not being able to continue with their purchase or similar please contact us ([email protected]) or Svea directly ([email protected]) with more details in order to investigate further.
