• Hi!

    We’re using WooCommerce and a feature of the Products is a gallery option.

    Of course, we’re using the CloudFlare Flexible SSL plugin with the CloudFlare Flexible SSL service.

    However, we’re having problems with the gallery images (thumbnails) for two products, in that the images themselves are broken.

    In fact, when visiting the Media section, a lot of the thumbnails images are broken.

    It’s quite sporadic and there appears to be no pattern to which images might or might not experience problems.

    Your server may be blocking certain cloudflare IP addresses… best to check that first if you’re not getting resources reliably

    Hi Paul, and thanks for the prompt response.

    I’ll ask, but it’s a conversation I’ve had with them (to some extent before).

    However, when right-clicking some of the images and opening them in a browser tab:

    https://i0.wp.com/www.trident-exhausts.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/Sprint-ST-Carbon-Round.jpg?zoom=2&resize=180%2C180

    I was getting an error:
    “Too many redirects”

    Also, since writing this message, the underlying web address has changed from: i2.wp.com to: i0.wp.com, though when I swap them around for the link I’ve provided, it’s still working, whereas it wasn’t to begin with, when the problem first emerged.

    Hi Paul, we’re having the same problem again.

    I’ve spoken with the hosting provider and there is no blocking of Cloudflare IP addresses.

    We’re also seeing other errors within the Console for Developer Tools:

    net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

    At this stage, neither myself or the hosting provider know what to do.
