Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Hello, today making modifications in our web page, we found that the popup of sumome did not show the established image. Then we accessed the sumome dashboard in wordpress and did not allow do anything, it just did not function. When checking for console errors the following error appears:

When I enter the page https://sumo.com/sites, I can see our registered domain, but when we try to access the option view site (https://sumo.com/site/debef500c63e930060cb1100d8fe2b004fc9710085be2600e32d4c005f5ca600/manage?sumotoken=372a827f-ca93-4636-aa7b-624be9bbcb34), a blank page appears and the error console shows:
