Failed to load resource 500 () Error

    The PDF plugin has been working great until recently when it fails to send the email and returns a error in chrome console.

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 () /wp-json/contact-for…t-forms/22/feedback

    Any ideas on how to resolve this issue ?

    It looks like i had some missing files from the plugin.

    I have manually uploaded the plugin and it is now working.
