    thanks for reaching out.

    I checked your site but can’t see the problem you were describing. Did you find a solution already or did I miss something?

    Does the error with the missing shortcode.js appear on all pages? Are you using an ad blocker? I am sure that it is not related to the issue in the frontend.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply, I have been away. Yes I believe it was the adblocker as I was using a loaned laptop for the js assets issue.

    However, the symbols displaying on my site appears to be from the plugin as my host has Identified this and my theme developer also discovered it was a plugin. I have disabled the plugin and it appears to have fixed the issue.

    Do you have a remedy for this issue as I love using this plugin and would hate to not be able to anymore

    I have not seen the issue and a hard time understanding how it happened. Still, I would like to know if that is something we cause on our end. Can you or your developer provide steps to reproduce it?
