Failed to load data when click print button, how to fix it?

  • I’m using your Mobile Assistant Connector and PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce by Wp Overnight in my WordPress and install Mobile Assistant Connector app at my Android.

    Unfortunately when I try click print button, it show “Failed to load data” in my Android apps and when click PDF and try print with my thermal printer it print

    {“response_code”: “no_pdf_invoices_plugin”, “error_message”: “No PDF invoices Packing Slips plugin installed!”}

    How to fix this and make print at Mobile Assistant Connector Android app work?

    Are you facing this error on the latest version of the module 2.2.4?

    If the version’s older, please update it and let us know if it occurs again.

    For your information, I already change theme, update all plugin and theme, and sometime I just active Woocommerce with Mobile Assistant Connector and PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce by Wp Overnight only, still not work.

    I also manage to create invoice pdf attach to email, and I believe problem come from your Mobile Assistant

    Hi,

    thank you for the provided details.

    Our Mobile Assistant is compatible with WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips up to v.2.13.1, do you have a higher version of the plugin?

    Our users have faced this error on the older versions of connector and it was fixed on 2.2.4.

    Also, as we have mentioned, the latest versions PDF Invoices & Packing Slips (if you’re using higher than 2.13.1) have not been tested, therefore, we cannot guarantee our plugin would work with it properly.

    We do have a task to add compatibility in future, it will be implemented depending on the volume of requests compared to other functionality.
