    Hello!

    I am a new upgraded user.
    I tested your product the other day and it seems straight forward.
    I even set up a test product in minutes but now its giving me trouble.
    I bet its pretty simple but I am stuck right now and cannot figure out why.

    Very simple error tries to download:
    Failed to load PDF document.

    Everything on my end looks like it is fine, but at the very end you open what you think is a download and there is nothing there.

    Hi Joanna,

    I’ve already replied via email, but here it again so other users can find it helpful:

    The problem there was that the server has allow url fopen setting set to off, therefore the QR code watermarking of the pdf document failed and the warning ended up in the pdf code.

    That’s taken care of in the newest update, the QR code on your server still won’t show up but at least the PDF file will open properly no matter the feature being turned off in the php settings.
