I can’t import any demo data, it always give error 500.

and sometime got this error
Can not retrieve sample data xml file. Website may be down at the momment please try again later. If you still have issues contact the theme developer for assistance.

Hi

There are a lot of variables that come into play during the import, over which we have no control. For example, one of the main issues are bad shared hosting servers or using very old version of PHP, low upload_max_filesize, max_input_time, memory_limit or max_execution_time.

If you have some problems with the demo import, you can import it manually. Check the documentation page: https://futuriowp.com/docs/futurio/importing-the-sample-data/#install-the-demo-data-manually
