Thanks for reaching out @mohitprajapaticmarix. Based on the error you’re facing, there may be something blocking communication between your site and the Site Kit service. To find out more, and to ensure you can successfully set up the plugin, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.??
    2. When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window does the same occur? If so, please share any browser console errors that appear.?
    3. Do you see any warnings or errors when checking your Site Health status? (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors may include REST endpoint references.

Once we have the above, we can troubleshoot this further and provide you with the most suitable suggestions, which may include using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin in the event of any third party plugin conflicts, or resetting Site Kit, although this isn’t advisable if you had the plugin set up previously.

Many thanks for sharing the additional information @mohitprajapaticmarix. Given the same occurs incognito, let’s check if there is any third party plugin impacting setup. To do so, please follow the steps below:

    1. Login to your live site from a Chrome browser incognito window.
    2. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    3. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    4. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google“.
    5. Attempt to set up Site Kit once more.

If the same occurs, please share whether you see any warnings or errors when checking your Site Health status? (Tools > Site Health > Status). Thank you.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
