• I wanted to restore my page from backup that i made 30.06.2020 but while I’m uploading file with an restore I’m getting this error message:

    Upload file failed. file name: https://www.minecraftkonin.pl_wpvivid-5efb16c6cc0c9_2020-06-30-12-41_backup_all.zip, error: Failed to get json, this may be a old version backup.“.

    I tried to install older version of plugin – 9.42, that was version when I made an backup but its still not working. Uploading directly via ftp and “Scan uploaded[…] does not work too, it just deleted my file with restore.

    What should I do?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @zbychu9923

    Is there a wpvivid_package_info.json file in the backup zip?

    Yes, and it looks like this:

    {“has_child”:1,”home_url”:”http:\/\/www.minecraftkonin.pl”,”root_flag”:”custom”,”file”:”www.minecraftkonin.pl_wpvivid-5efb16c6cc0c9_2020-06-30-12-41_backup_all.zip”,”php_version”:”5.6.40″,”mysql_version”:”5.7.26″}

    Thanks @zbychu9923

    The json file looks fine.

    Can you send us a debug zip of your target site from the plugin’s Debug tab to help identify the problem?

    Hi @zbychu9923

    Can you create a new backup then upload it and see if the issue persists?

    Hey @zbychu9923

    Are you able to upload it to a different site? Or do you have any other backups of the site that you can use?

    Since we don’t have access to the site or the backup file, we are not able to provide more suggestions.

    Hey @zbychu9923

    Since we don’t have access to the site or the backup file, our hands are tied. I am really sorry.

    Hello,

    I have the same problem as @zbychu9923, I also tried to restore the upload and received a message:

    “Upload file failed. file name: wpvivid-5fad5e8540da6_2020-11-12-17-10_backup_all.zip, error: Failed to get json, this may be a old version backup”

    I’m uploading the content of the json file:
    {"has_child":1,"home_url":"https:\/\/www.aquateam.pl","root_flag":"custom","file":"www.aquateam.pl_wpvivid-5fad5e8540da6_2020-11-12-17-10_backup_all.zip","php_version":"7.4.6","mysql_version":"5.7.31"}

    Upload I’m trying to run on https://localwp.com/ platform below configuration:
    Web server: nginx
    PHP: 7.4.1
    Database: MySQL 8.0.16
    WordPress: 5.5.3

    I’ll also add that I’ve been running another page this way lately and everything was working correctly.

    Please tell me how I can solve this problem?
