There is an error on my site after clicking checkout: a message “internal server error” appears. I looked into the error log, found that “Failed to get delivery date for order XX”. I guess this is related to delivery method, delivery date etc?

I wonder if I can simply skip all those functions in delivery date、 delivery address validation and delivery method ? So as to finish the checkout process with those function disabled. After all, most of those express services are not supported in my country, and my customers have to manually upload their information on delivery status.

    Hi @hector0371,

We heartily apologize for the trouble you’ve been experiencing.

I’m not 100% sure but the error log message[failed to get delivery] you shared seems to be custom coded. And we don’t have coded such errors in the plugin. Could you deactivate our plugin & check if the error has been resolved?

I think it would be tricky or that does not make sense to disable delivery date validation functions but we can solve this issue. Could you please create the ticket here so that we can discuss this?

And can you tell me which versions of WordPress and PHP and WooCommerce running on your site?
