Failed to generate Critical CSS + Service set-provider-css 404

    after I try to generate CSS, I got error message

    Failed to generate Critical CSS
    An unexpected error has occurred. As this error may be temporary, please try and refresh the Critical CSS.

    I used
    – Jetpack version 13.1.1
    – Jetpack Boost version 3.0.2

    I try to investigate at browser Network Tab
    I seem request to file

    wp-json/jetpack-boost-ds/critical-css-state/action/set-provider-css

    is 404 Not Found
    nginx/x.xx.0 (Ubuntu)

    anyone can solve this issue?
