@drawmyface I tried disabling and enabling that. Didn’t work.

It looks like you’re using a plugin called “Remove Query Strings From Static Resources.”

Jetpack Boost’s CSS generator relies on a GET paramater to identify CCSS generation attempts, so that plugin could be conflicting.

Can you try disabling it temporarily and see if that allows the CCSS to be generated?
