I’ve been getting the same message a few other people here have been getting. I tried loading the crossword on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari on Mac, and it didn’t work. I also tried it on Windows 7 Chrome via Browserling.

Hello! The shortcode is inserted correctly. Please check on your page where you inserted this shortcode ID number. For example, if you have on the page – [game-crossword id=”13623″ ] then on the list of crosswords you should have a crossword with ID 13623.
Let us know if you were able to solve this problem. Thanks!

I have the same problem. I have copy from crossword the shortcode: “[game-crossword id=”115″ ]” and include to page. The message is still on frontend.

same issue. Confirmed that the shortcode was calling for the correct ID. No display other than the questions showing

    This issue remains.

I’ve reproduced it here. Your clients aren’t wrong, it is STILL happening. Please take a moment to reply with a more meaningful answer, or remove the plugin from the repo and reduce the frustration of those trying to find and put games on their sites.
