after activating it displays 1 error in admin bar. Then i go to plugin dashboard ans see message “There are no error in your error log” and Error Check is not activated..
When I press the activate button I get the message “Failed to execute the request”.
So it found one problem and it’s the plugin it self?
I disabled all other plugins to be sure it was not interfering with other plugins.. What should i do?

    Hi ronnysan,

Thank you for your feedback. Typically the message like that indicates that your server is not able to send the external request. It may be caused by the fact that your server does not have cURL library installed (sorry for such technicality). The best way to find out it is to contact your hosting provide support team and find out why you are not able to perform cURL requests.

Another option is to send us your cPanel credentials to us so we can have a quick look on it. You can use [email protected] email for it.

Thank you a lot for your interest in our product.

    Thanks for the quick respond.
I looked it up and found “You can use cURL from STRATO PowerWeb . At present, the transfer of files is not supported over HTTPS in our web hosting packages”
Is this the issue? I have Shared hosting and i have to log in on my account of Strato to use phpmyadmin and can’t access it remote. And no cpanel:-)

    Hi ronnysan,

It might be the case and it is quite weird that your hosting company has this type of limitation. You would have to contact your hosting support team and clarify if cURL actually works for your website. Otherwise you will keep having problems with other plugins that depend on this library.

    Keep us updated.
