Task Scheduler: Failed to enable crypto stream_socket_client()

    Mailpoet no longer sends automatically when a new post is created.
    Mailpoet 4.45.0
    I can send a mailform manually from the preview page.

    I get an error in System Status->Task Scheduler:

    Connection unsuccessful. Please consult our knowledge base article for troubleshooting tips.

    stream_socket_client(): SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messages: error:14094410:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:sslv3 alert handshake failure stream_socket_client(): Failed to enable crypto stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to ssl://biofokus.no:443 (Unknown error)

    I solved it when I tried to run the Task Scheduler manually on commandline and it complained about missing php-curl. I installed correct version og php-curl (7.4) and everything is ok. I am also running php 8.2 so I had forgot to install php 7.4 curl also.
