Failed to decode downloaded font / OTS parsing error: Failed to convert WOFF 2.0

  • Hi,

    I’m using Uipress on a lot of sites, but for some reason a few websites started showing errors in the WP Admin. It shows the following errors:

    Failed to decode downloaded font: https://site.nl/wp-content/plugins/uipress-lite/assets/fonts/icons-regular.woff2
    OTS parsing error: Failed to convert WOFF 2.0 font to SFNT: https://site.nl/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=uip-ui-builder#/

    This breaks the wp admin menu/bar icons and all icons in UiPress.
    When disabling the Admin Theme, the wp admin menu/bar icons show correctly again but UiPress still looks broken. This also happens without any template enabled but when the UiPress plugin is disabled, there is no problem.

    Hey, I believe that could be an issue with your server setup, have you spoken to your host about it?
