failed to create thumbnail

    @rockfist93 – We are not aware of any specific issue directly related to updating from a NextGEN Legacy (1.19.13 or earlier) version to a current release of NextGEN Gallery. Have you checked for conflicts with other active plugins on your site?

    I just deactivated all other plugins with no affect. When I click “Edit Thumb” on the gallery page, all I get is an image that says “create image failed”

    Ok, so it looks there was something funky with the image I was uploading. It seems to be working fine with other images. Oh well. Thanks for the suggestions Cais.

    @rockfist93 – In extremely rare cases, there have been instances of the image being at the root of the issue … I’m glad you were able to sort this out.
