Failed to create label: Message validation failed.

  • Failed to create label: Message validation failed.
    Error Details: Input validation failed: Access Token [/labelRequest/hdr/accessToken]. Value cannot be null.
    Error message detail is not exist!

    i reported this issue to DHL support and they asked me to update this, but not sure where this goes:
    Method name- PostShipment_CSBV-

    Please update the plugin from the WP Admin and make sure your API credentials are correct within the settings.

    updated but still same issue. Also checked with dhl support for credentials and they said its correct but 

    Still doubt on the labels, will be calling up Global API, not the WEB SERVICES.

    Can you confirm that you are using “DHL for WooCommerce” plugin and which country you are based in?
