Failed to create interstitial state.

Hi,

I had a problem with logging in when using Wordfence and WP Hide Login together so deleted both plugins and installed iThemes Security but now get a message saying “Failed to create interstitial state.” when I login and it keeps trying to send me to wp-login.php – however I am logged in as when I change to /wp-admin I can see the dashboard.

I can see this message comes from the iThemes Security plugin so just need to know what triggers it please?
