I checked your site connection and it’s not working. That affects the Boost plugin’s functionality.
When I check your XML-RPC file (the file that Jetpack uses to communicate with your site), I can see a CloudLinux Test Page. Instead I should see XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.
as in an example here.

Please contact your host and make sure that Jetpack can communicate with this file. Please share the Add Jetpack IPs to an?Allowlist article with your host; they will find our IP ranges there if needed.
