Failed to convert input image file to PDF: convert: time limit exceeded

    our customer complaint that they filled the form but when they received email there is notepad file attach in the email with error message and all information they filled in the form and pdf file is blank.
    here is the error message in notepad file

    Error generating PDF: Failed to convert input image file to PDF: convert: time limit exceeded `Operation canceled’ @ fatal/cache.c/GetImagePixelCache/1507. at pdf-ninja.php:741

    this is really urgent can you please take a look we have pro version

    Hi,

    The plugin attaches a blank PDF and a text file with field details and the error message if something goes wrong. In this case, the issue was the image conversion took too long to embed the provided file into the PDF.

    I recommend limiting the field that supplies the embedded image to JPEG/PNG file type. Also, it might help limiting the file size. For example, use tag like [file your-file filetypes:png|jpg|jpeg limit:1mb].

    I can do further debugging if you can send me the image file your customer has supplied to admin at maximum dot software.
