Failed to connect to server

    SMTP ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection refused (111)SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting

    I got this error and I’m not really understanding what the PHPMailer is, I looked at some past posts and read this has something to do with wordpress? Can anyone assist me on this.

    I’m using Outlook 365 for our emails and created an email just for these emails to come too.
