    Hi,

    When trying to connect to Hubspot we are redirected to the connection page page=hubwoo&hubwoo_tab=hubwoo-overview&hubwoo_key=connection-setup and we receive the message “Failed to connect to HubSpot, Try to reconnect or please contact us!”

    We’ve tried to connect multiple times.

    How do we proceed?

    Hello,

    The error shows that there is an issue with the Hubspot portal connection. Please try to reconnect after clearing the site and server’s cache. If there is any cache plugin activated, please deactivate it temporarily before connecting the portal.

    We emptied server cache and website cache.
    We keep getting the same error message.

    Hello,

    Our plugin is conflicting with one of the plugin installed on your site, which is blocking the connection of the plugin to HubSpot.
