    Hello,

    I have an issue on connecting Facebook plugin. I have tried to remove plugin revoke access Woocommerce Integration from Facebook setting and reinstall reconnect but no chanse.

    I have tried couple of times in some cases i am able to view the success message but when i check the plugin on Marketing/Facebook tab in wordpress every line is blank like below;

    It looks like the Facebook connection didn’t set up correctly.

    Here are a few steps you can take to fix this:

    • Ensure that you are both the admin and owner of the Facebook assets
    • Confirm you have 2FA enabled for the Facebook account you are using
    • Go to to https://<your-site>/wp-admin/options.php and search for wc_facebook_external_business_id (only if you had the plugin working on the site before)
    • Update field to include only supported characters and save (best practice: store-name-dfsdc3lck9k6q ← 13-digit random string
    • Go back to WooCommerce > Facebook and click “Get Started” again

    Let us know how that goes!

    Although I checked the steps you mentioned above many times, there was no improvement.

    But There was a new update for the plugin yesterday. At the same time, I converted the wordpress language from Turkish to English. After translating the language and updating the plugin, the plugin was installed without any problems. I’m not sure if it got fixed with the Facebook for Woocommerce plugin update or if I tried to install it with a different language. But now my web page is fine.

    Problem solved after update.

    Remove the plugin. Login to your facebook account and go to settings, remove Woocommerce Integration permissions.

    Change your wordpress default language to English.

    Install the plugin follow the steps and done.

    Change back the default language.

    This was not working before update so be sure that you have updated your Facebook Plugin. Problem solved for me in 2 Turkish websites.
