Failed to add user – 400

    Hey,

    Great plugin but when I click on “Subscribe”, the text changes inside the button from “Subscribe” to “Failed to add user – 400”. Obivously, it doesnt work and mailchimp list is not updated with the new email.

    hello there,

    Sorry for the late reply.

    The pop up you have shown in the screenshot and that which is present on your homepage you linked is not an Optin Cat form but a different.

    Since we only provide support for Optin Cat forms in our forum which is for that plugin I would advise first deploying the Optin forms from Optin Cat into your site before asking for assistance on it.

    I get the same error failed to add user 400..

    really desperate! I reinstalled all, got rid of all other plugins and still can’t get optin cat to work..
    Any suggestions?
