Failed to add media file: smime.p7s

    Hello,

    I get the error “Failed to add media file: smime.p7s” when sending a digitally signed mail to the mail account read by Postie.
    The error is also published on the web page, as well as the status message “Email imported to INTERNO (publish)
    Your email ‘Email imported to INTERNO (publish)’ has been successfully imported into INTERNO https://xxx.xxx.xxx/2022/12/email-imported-to-interno-publish-7/ with the current status of ‘publish’.

    Postie uses WordPress functions to add files. That means the file type restrictions apply.

    Thanks for your answer. I found a workaround by setting “Notify on Error” to (Nobody) in Postie.

    The other solution is to add the following lines to wp-config.php:

    ini_set(‘display_errors’,’Off’);
    ini_set(‘error_reporting’, E_ALL );
    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false);
