After installing the plugin and entering my API keys, which I checked and double-checked, when I “TEST RESPONSE” in the settings page, I receive

Failed! There is an error with your API settings. Please check & update them.

I have a cloudflare account, but the site where I now want to install Turnstile is not the same domain which is the main domain in my Cloudflare account. I added the additional domain name when I created this set of keys.

Do I need to create a new Cloudflare account to use Turnstile on this new domain?

If not, any other suggestions for troubleshooting?

    Hi,

If you are using a new domain, you will need to just login to your Cloudflare account, and go to the “Turnstile” page, then add a new site, and get some new API credentials for the new domain.

Ensure the correct domain has been added in Cloudflare when generating the API credentials, and that you have entered them correctly in the settings.

OK, solved when I rotated the Turnstile secret key and entered the new key in the plugin settings.
