Failed security check on one page

    Hi, on one of the pages on my website sometimes I get a failed security check error when trying to view a PDF Datasheet attached to a product page. I am using version 1.3.0 of your plugin.

    I have around 400 – 500 products with PDF attachments that work perfect and never error.

    This one product is having problems from time to time and I have been asked to fix it but I can not replicate the problem on my PC. I wonder if you can help???

    I have attached 3 or 4 different PDFs to the page to make sure its not a problem with the PDF.

    I have recreated the product in Woo Commerce and re-attached the PDF to make sure its not a problem with the product.

    I have tried IE, Edge, Chrome and Firefox on PC. Edge, Chrome, Safari and Samsung Browser on mobile. The problem is not browser specific.

    On my work PC or Phone I can not replicate the problem at all, I have tried logged in, logged out and clearing all cache on the PC, On the server and in WordPress. A few of my colleagues have tried viewing the PDF, some have no problems, others get the failed security check error.

    I have been looking into this for 3 or 4 days now, its a very intermittent problem. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Is there a limit to how many times a PDF can be viewed using the plugin?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    I have reviewed your query in detail and this type of issue might become once any product detail page opened since last few times like about the 1 minute to 5 minutes after that if they click on the PDF then, it might be possible that security error will come.

    Generally, this security token created once open the product detail page and after some time if anyone tries to view the PDF then, it might be possible that it fires the fail security error.

    So, can you please check at your side by open the product detail page and after 2 to 5 minutes trying to open the PDF and if there is a fail security error coming then we confirm the case that in which coming this type of query.
