"Failed Saving" Cannot Save Forms

    Right!

    So I installed FormCraft Basic, it shot me into Version 1.0.5 (which I suspect may be the issue haha), but I am unable to save any forms. Doesn’t matter how small or large the form, when “Save Form” is clicked I get a “Failed Saving” red pop-up in the top right corner of my screen.

    On the off chance the plugin wasn’t liking my site (since it is currently not live, and only accessible from my server) I tried to save a form on a different site, only to be met with the same issue..

    Not sure how to go about fixing this, what the problem actually is, or if I am just too d— inept to understand how to make this plugin work. Any thoughts on how to solve this would be MORE than appreciated. (Other than this odd bug, I’m loving this form layout and potential.)

  • No, you are not inept! It doesn’t work in the paid version either. I tried on 2 different servers with both the free and paid versions on sites with WP 4.5.2 and it won’t save.

    However, I have a local WP install using WP 4.4.3, and it saves just fine. So, there you go.

    I’m sure it’ll get handled soon.

    And I agree, other than this odd bug, I absolutely love this plugin. I’ve gone through a ton of form plugins, and this one is by FAR my favorite.

    Well that’s refreshing!

    Weird that it doesn’t work with the most recent WP.
    Hope this gets resolved. Would really love to apply this form elsewhere, too.

    My issue was a conflict with the wordfence security plugin, specifically the firewall setup.
    I disabled the firewall, and re-enabled and it seems to have fixed the issue.
    Hopefully this helps someone!
