    What happens when you press the Authorize button? You should be forwarded to the Mendeley site for entering your credentials – an then be redirected back to your WordPress site.

    Yes, when I press Authorize button, I’m forwrded to the Mendeley site, I enter my credential and then I am redirected back to my site. When my site is loaded again, the error apears on the top of the dashboard.

    I checked the current version on different browsers (including Chrome and Firefox) on my Mac and could not reproduce the problem. I am currently lacking an idea what may cause the problem on your side …

    I am currently having the same issue on one of my sites. I turned off all other plugins but still cannot get authorization to work. Did you figure out a solution?

    Sorry to say that there is no solution – since I still cannot reproduce the problem on my sites … Are there any additional error messages?
