Failed posting to Timeline Error 200

When I publish a post, I get this error message.
Failed posting to ____Community’s Timeline. Error: {“message”:”(#200) The user hasn’t authorized the application to perform this action”,”type”:”OAuthException”}
What am I supposed to be doing? I think this is an Open Graph issue, and I have enabled “Like” “Publish” and “Read” action types. There is no “Type”. Am I looking in the wrong place?
I am using Facebook 1.0.2 and WP 3.4.2
