    Hello,

I’ve updated my store on 13 May to these versions:
    Woocommerce: 4.1.0
    Woocommerce Subscription: 3.0.4
    Woocommerce Stripe: 4.3.3

Now I’m facing many failed payments because of these errors “card declined, do not honor, 402 error”, Is it SCA related?
Also, I have a warning message on the Stripe dashboard to update my integration for SCA with a list of payments that didn’t user SCA-ready product.

I believed that the update is enough to support SCA-ready product, what should I do now?

    Hi @esraamesa ,

The Stripe extension is indeed SCA ready since version 4.2. You can learn more about it here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#section-16

As per Stripe, the do_not_honor error does not occur due to SCA issues, it occurs when the user’s card gets declined due to unknown reasons. Stripe has details about it here: https://stripe.com/docs/declines/codes

As a next step, the customers are required to contact their bank to check why their card is being declined.

Do let us know if you have any further queries.

    Hey @esraamesa

Can you give me the full URL of the page you are viewing that on, please? Is that https://dashboard.stripe.com/payments

Secondly, can you confirm what versions your extensions were on before the update if possible?

I see two different currencies – is your Stripe.com account only used on one WooCommerce store or for other integrations? Do you use a currency converter type plugin at all?

Finally, the failed payments – are these Subscription renewal orders?

    Thanks,

    Hi @dougaitken

    – Old versions:
    Woocommerce: 3.7.0
    Woocommerce Subscription: 2.6.1
    Woocommerce Stripe: 4.2.3

    – I’m using “WooCommerce Price Based on Country” in my store.
    – Yes they are renewal orders.
PS: these payments are at risk of being declined but not declined.
