    HI,

    All card payments keep failing, but all test payments work and no errors. It says that bank has rejected transaction.

    It has just started today, and no payments are working for stripe card payments.

    Any ideas? Thanks

    Hi @wonadoomore ,

    As I understand, card payments via Stripe payment gateway aren’t working on your site. Are customers seeing any errors when they try paying via card? If so, can you please take a screenshot of the error and share with us? You can use https://snipboard.io to send us a screenshot link.

    Also, can you send us screenshots of the Order notes section of one of the orders for which the payment failed? You will find the Order notes section on right side of orders page, see screenshot below for reference: https://d.pr/i/iXJVV0

    It is now fixed. I logged into my stripe account and then ran a test again and it worked every time after.

    But what was happening was:
    On testing, the 1st-2nd time it said bank had declined card. Then the other times it says it was just declined. The notes in woocommerce say the same thing, with no errors.
