    Please help….I’m at my wits end! I keep getting failed orders. I’m losing so much money in sales it’s really frustrating. I would say 20% of my orders fail. They can be from paypal, card or clearpay orders. It’s been going on for a while now, I have changed server and that’s not made a difference. From what I can work out it is to do with a time out issue. So I think if somebody has been browsing on my website for too long, when it goes to payment it says timed out. Or it is just that something is slow at the payment gateway and times out. I have had my developer look at it too and she can’t figure it out. I really need some help with it as I am losing so much money on failed orders that
    I just can’t let it continue.

    I forgot to add payment normally goes through ok the second time they try. It’s just mind baffling!

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. To determine what’s causing the issue, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
