    Hello,
I have been using this plugin for quite a while, and even if it’s effective in recovering abandoned carts, I found that for some unknown reasons it does not handle any “Failed” orders. Those are the orders that usually – due to problems on the client side during payment – are being labelled as “Failed” by WooCommerce.
I have noticed that those orders are not being added to the list of “Recoverable orders” into the WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery report section even if, on its settings section, the option to exclude sending out email messages to “Failed” orders is not ticked.
Does anyone know why this plugin can’t add “Failed” orders to the list of Recoverable orders? Pity that there is no way to add “manually” any order to that list.
    Tkank for your help!

    Hello @nightjar,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Is this happening for multiple orders?

Can you please check it once if the same user has already purchased the product in the last 30 days?

If possible, could you please share the order notes of failed order to check it on our end?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
