Failed orders and not showing pickup or delivery selection in email notification

I have posted this a few times with no resolution. We keep getting “failed payment” when an order comes through. We are using paypal payment gateway. On the customer side it says failed payment, but they are still getting charged and the order goes through. This happens about 5 out of 10 orders now.
Also, we keep getting email notifications of new orders that doesn’t include “pickup or delivery” that was selected or the time. So there we have to call each customer to see which they choose. It happens about 2-3 out of 10 orders.
