    Hello,

The plugin is recording failed order statuses as recovered, skewing the recovery revenue and rate.

An order should only be classed as recovered when the order status is completed, not if a payment fails and the order status is failed.

    Hello @nanasflowers,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    It should not happen, actually.

Can you please share the screenshot of the failed order status and the order notes of that order so that we can check the issue?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Had to remove this plugin as it was becoming too much work manually checking each recovered order to see whether or not a payment had actually been captured.

    Hello,

I faced the same issue as well. The customer has paid via stripe. The amount was successfully transferred to our account. However, the woo commerce status is FAILED.

    I would appreciate any help.

    Hello @leibseo,

Can you please let us know what exact issue you are facing with the cart abandonment recovery plugin?

As WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery plugin does not handle the Woocommerce status feature rather on the basis of woocommerce status plugin marks the abandoned order as recovered.

If you are facing an issue with the Woocommerce status then we would suggest you contact the Woocommerce team.

    Hope it clarifies.

Let us know if you have any questions.
