    Hi,

    what is the correct way to do with the order that has a status “Failed”, the card is declined – can I click somewhere an action to try again pay from the same credit card (customer don’t have enough money in that time)?

    What is the correct way at this situation, I have checked Status >> Logs, there are no logs.

    Hi @mattcracow ,

    what is the correct way to do with the order that has a status “Failed”, the card is declined – can I click somewhere an action to try again pay from the same credit card (customer don’t have enough money in that time)?

    Once the payment has failed, the customer would need to place the order again and pay for the order. There isn’t a way for you to charge the customer from your end.
