Failed o configure HTTPS

    Hello,

    I am trying to configure HTTPS but I got an error:

    2024-02-19 11:47:33 [error] cURL error 7: Failed to connect to 127.0.0.1 port 2083 after 0 ms: Couldn’t connect to server

    The website is running on wordpress and the domain is hosted on eurodns (https://www.stras.lu)

    Does someone can share some instructions to fix it?

    From the plugin’s menu at the left-hand sidebar, you’ll find the Log.

    @jscheefer We haven’t heard back from you for a while. I guess the issue is fixed now. If the issue still persists, please reply here. I am resolving this topic for now.

    The plugin tried to detect if the web hosting control panel is cPanel by attempting to connect to port 2083, but it failed. (So it wrote that detailed information in the Log.) This indicates that the control panel is not cPanel.

    The plugin displays video documentation based on the detected control panel.

    However, this is not a critical issue and will not prevent generating a free SSL certificate. If you can’t generate an SSL certificate, the cause must be anything other than this. That’s why I requested the complete Log.
