“Failed-No File”

  • Attachments seem to attach ok, can be clicked and downloaded, but the following error appears: “Failed-No File”.
    Image files work ok, but not PDF. Word docs cannot be uploaded (Upload error: file not uploaded)
    All files are under the 2MB limit. Same issue replicated by Admin as for Users (Participants).
    Admin can see files in Media Library, but cannot open from there either.

    Please can you help me, we are launching next week and this needs to be working! Thanks so much for your help.

    Files are uploaded using WordPress media library, my plugin has zero control over the upload. Are you sure you have proper handlers to open PDF or DOC files in browser?
